RETURN POLICY
Do you accept returns?
Yes
We can only offer returns if the following criteria is met:
You must contact rose@thisisrosiebarker.com within 3 days of receiving product to request return
Once return is approved, the item/s must be shipped back within 7 business days
The item/s must be in original condition, with all tags remaining in place
Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way
Returns for exchange of size or style can only occur ONCE.

Are returns free?
The shipping cost incurred for returning item/s to Rosie Barker for a refund are NOT covered or reimbursed by us. If you request an EXCHANGE however, the shipping cost is covered when sending new item.
How long does it take for my exchange to be processed?
For an EXCHANGE of size / style - In most cases I will not have stock on hand so the item will need to be recut for you again, please reach out if this information was not provided when you made your request. A new tracking number will be issued to you via email when the item/s have been shipped.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We hope this never happens! However, if you do receive damaged goods, please contact me immediately at rose@thisisrosiebarker.com so I can personally assist you and sort out your problem as quickly as possible.
